Shekhar Kapoor

Completed his BDS from RGUHS, Bangalore in 2004 and MDS in Oral medicine and radiology from Dr. MGR medical university, Chennai in the year 2009. He is currently working as Professor and Head, dept of Oral Medicine and Radiology in Christian dental college and hospital. He is also a consultant radiologist. He is actively involved in handling and reporting of CBCT cases from 2013 and is one of the pioneer in this region. He has many national and international publications. He is the reviewer of many national journals and is also associate editor of Ludhiana Ida journal. He is actively involved in treating oral diseases and especially giving treatment for medically compromised patients. His field of interest is advanced radiographic techniques like role of CBCT in diagnosis of different head and neck diseases, role in implant planning, role in graft volume assessment and also airway volume assessment. He is a IDA certified tobacco cessation expert.
